Due to COVID-19 Pandemic returns are limited. You can return Wire Cutters and Go Gauges only within 30 days, with pre-approval only.  Merchandise must be in original shipping containers packaging boxes and unused. There is a 20% restocking fee.

Replacement Parts and Accessory items are not returnable.

Any merchandise improperly used will not be refunded.

Return shipping is at your expense. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning items.  Return Shipping address will be provided once approved.
